Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
credit
My husband passed away two years ago and I've been paying off a card that I am listed as a authorized user. I never signed anything that I owe on this. Am I still liable for this?

Re: credit
If you never signed anything and never used the credit card, you do not owe anything on the card. Usually, to become an authorized user, you have to sign off on the card. Be sure to check on that.
Remember though, if you use the card, even once, you are liable for the entire amount on the card.
