Credit report problem

Im--name removed--jr im filing for bankruptcy. Today my father call me upset because he got declined for a credit card. He got a copy of his credit report and found that one of the company sueing me is on this credit. I forgot to mention that my dad name is the same as mine. I dont know what do need to get get it taking care asap. Thank you ps i cant find the number for the credit bureau. And what the easy way of taking care of this.

The easiest way to take care of it is an online service like myfico.com. There are other services, but my myfico.com is my favorite and it's the one that I use. When you go to the site, they help you disputes the erroneous items on your credit for a fee, and, for another fee, they continue to monitor your credit and send you an e-mail when your credit score goes up or down.
