Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My credit union just turned my account over to their atty for further action. I believe they want a judgement against me. My husb & I have 3 vehs, all old. 2 are for sale to pay for the bankruptcy atty...we haven't yet filed, though. I'm worried they will sieze the vehicles before we can sell them & file bankruptcy. What is the timeline for a judgement. Can we avoid vehicle seizure by signing the titles over to another family member? Thanks for your time.
