Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
creditor attorney
I received a summons for mediation from a creditor. It says that a judgement will beplaced if i dont show. If i ask the creditor to validate the debt will that help. I do not plan to attend this mediation. I am single, head of household. Can they garnish my wages or bank account?

Re: creditor attorney
Yes probably. You should immediately consult with a local attorney to help you with this. Contact the local bar association for the county or city that you live in and ask for a consumer attorney.
