would this be comsidered harrassment

While there is no hard and fast rule on the number of times a creditor can call, lets say I would take on the case of a creditor calling 15 times per day, assuming that I had the proof to back it up.

Help your lawyer, keep a call log, then schedule an appointment with a consumer protection attorney (like myself). We usually take on these cases on contingency.
