Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
creditors
If I purchased a car for my 16 year old daughter, the title is in my name and my daughters, can down the road a creditor try and take the car for any judgment against me since it is my daughter's car and her name is on title. No loan on this car. Thank you

Re: creditors
Your staement says your name is on title. Therefore a judgment creditor can attempt to levy upon the car.
