Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My daughter recently broke up with her boyfriend of nearly three years. He and his family have decided that she should reimburse him for gifts he purchased with a credit card as well as a cruise his mother paid for. Does she have any legal responsibility for these things?

I would say no. If they sued her, it becomes a swearing contest of whether or not it was a gift.
