Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Our daughter verbally agreed to a magazine subscription service from Active Periodicals. In May we sent a cancellation letter cancelling any and all transactions with the company. They then cancelled that account and promptly opened another without authorization. They are now threatening to send it to a collection agency. What do we do now?

Cancel the thing again.
