Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Daughter[35yrs old] owes school loans, and is going into home forclosure---------- wants to move into our home because of her economic issues--------------------------- if her legal address is ours, can anyone come after us for her debt??

Not unless you signed onto the debt. Allowing someone to live with you doesn't make you responsible for their debt.
