Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
In debt collection case if the plantiff is a no show can the attorney or lawyer sitting in the plantiff chair say they represent the debt collection agency? Can I ask the judge for the lawyer to show documentation to prove that?

If the plaintiff is a no show, you can have the case dismissed. If they have an attorney representing them, then you must deal with the attorney and yes ask for the letter of representation. If they do not have one, case dismissed.
