debt collections

i have a company that is trying to collect a debt on a car accident. i have requested 3 different time for them to send me proof that they actually repaired the care and befor and after pictures of the repair. they have yet to do so. however they keep sending me letters in the mail requsting for me to pay off the debt owed. due to the fact they cant provide me with proof do i have a case where i can sue them for harrasment?

No, harassment is not an available remedy for debt collection. So long as they follow a law known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (you can look it up on google), there isn't much you can do.
