Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Deceased debtor, husband files bankruptcy

I received judgement on a debtor. Now I was told the debtor is deceased. A car & a condo have both the deceased and wife's name on it. The wife says she is claiming bankruptcy. Can I still attach a lien on these items and what will happen to them in bankruptcy? The condo is the address the debtor was residing at but they do have another home, however, it was quit-claimed into her name 4 months ago. Is the condo going to fall under the homestead exemption or can I lien it?

You are a creditor of the estate and can file as one. Specific answers cannot be given to you until the matter is investigated.
