Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My name is on a deed to a house that is my grandsons, my husband signed the mortgage for our grandson so because we live in florida my name is on the deed too. I have a credit card bill that I can no longer pay could they put a lein on that house, even tho its homesteaded in someone else name?
