Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

default judgement

I had a judgement filed against me after the 7 yrs I couldn't attend the court date cause it was in another state that the court date was held.I am in Fl and the case was held in Ga. Can I get that over turned or if I file bankrupt can I include the judgement?
