Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Deffense for trial on 3/6

Where can I get a sample of a deffense letter. I need to go to court on Monday 3/6 for a very unfair trail. A credit card company is asking me to pay for purchases I did not make between 1999 and 2003. I used the account in 1993 and 1995 for a total of $900.00. I was in an automatic payment plan and paid more than what I purchased plus finance charges and late fees and they say that I made puchases when I was not allowed to use my card. now they want me to pay over $4K. They cannot even show a signature or what kind of purchase it was. My account was over the limit and I was not able to use it, howcome they are including charges for purchases. 2 years ago the judge dismissed the case for lack of proof and now an attorney seems to have bought the case and is demanding me to pay. I want to sue the credit card company for all the stress but before I do that I need to prepare a letter to take to the judge when I go. I need help, it would be very unfair to be punished unfairly. I need to appeal it or I dont know. Please help. Please reply to [email protected]. Thank you.

There is no such thing as a defense letter. You either retain an attorney to represent you or handle the defense your self. They have the burden of proof. Bring whatever written proof you have with you to court.
