Deposition in aid of Execution Duces Tecum

I recieved the notice above. I am being asked for an account of all assets. Am I required to go? Also what can happen if I don't go? What are they going to do to me if I do go? Could I just start sending payments to the company again? Would that stop these legal preceedings?

If you fail to appear they can obtain a court order to compel you to appear or face contempt of court. You should review this matter with an attorney to determine your liability and ability to negotiate a settlement. Good luck.
