Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What are all the details involved if i do a voluntary motorhome repo ? I no longer am able to pay on this loan. Original loan was 84k with 20k down and currently owe 56k. I am 60 years old and not to concerned about credit score. I am a Florida resident but was a colorado resident at time of loan.

60 is still young. Have you tried to sell it at the current balance? Normally the lender will take the vehicle back and sell on the auction - if there is a deficient they will charge that to you and obtain a judgment against you for that amount.
