Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I am a disabled person with a fixed income of $2,300, and CASH,LLC has a case pending against me for a debt in the amount of $5,000. I do not believe that I owe that, and I am taking steps to fight it. In the event that a judgement goes against me can they garnish my check, or place a lein against my home?

If it is SS or a pension, no. If your home is your Homestead,no.
I suggest that you contact consumer lawyer to represent you in this matter. Many consumer lawyers charge very little money to represent clients in debt collection matters. And most of us are successful in defending these cases. See website www.consumerlawyerhelp.com for lawyer in your area. I represent individuals in South Florida.
What ever you do, do not pay anything is this is debt of five years or more. The statute of limitations has run and the debt is void UNLESS they filed an extension.
