Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

In my divorce contract, my ex-husband is to pay me $600 a month until my credit card is paid off. He is not doing this and the only option I know of is to take him back to court. The judge will then put him in jail "until he pays me". Is there anyway to have the credit card put in his name, so I can be done with him? I have a new family and would rather just not have to see him when he does decide to pay me.
