Divorce related

In my divorce, my wife got the car and agreed to pay for it. then let get repossesed. Letting me with the bill. Now the bank is after me. My name is on the loan. I gave her the house and every thing. What recourse do I have? She is on disability.

It depends upon how the divorce decree reads. You may have a claim for reimbursement.
