Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

When I got divorced in 2006 the court papers stated that I sign a quick claim deed to him( which I did ) and he was to refinance the house in his name only. Now I found out through my credit report that he didn't refinance the loan and is 5 months past do on payments. It's starting to hurt my good credit. Is there a way to get my name off the loan?

You need to go back to divorce court to enforce the final judgment.
