Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was divorced in2006 in Ormond Beach Fl. He got the house and I am apparently still on the morgage it is in forclosure. What can I do to get it off my credit report? He was supposed to pay a settlement from the sale of that house in April how can I get my money?

Sorry, but if you are still on the mortgage, then the debt to the bank is still yours and it will be on your credit report.
