Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I want to the Doc in April and recvd auth for May for surgery, I paid out of pocket for the ins premium and recvd another auth because they changed the date twice. I preceeded to surgery payiing the copay.

I am now being told that the preimum payment was returned... I never rec'vd any notice that there was ANY issue . I recieved a letter requesting payment for an inhaler purchased in Mayand was told I was not covered.

they've not mentioned the surgery. What are my rights,they approved the surgery and said nothing about the premium until now. Incidently the premium was paid to my old job. neither parties have ever contacted me until now.

Tell the company to return the premium to the hospital. Sometimes records get confused and this is just a matter of making a phone call and getting it taken care of.
