Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Due to the ecomony my husband lost his job - it took him 7 months to gain employment - we are now filing for bankruptcy - we are also going to divorce after the bankruptcy is finalized - due to now having bad credit - how do I rent a place - do all rentals require a credit check

some do, some don't. The higher the rental amount, the more likely the credit check. HOwever, if you have a job and can show stability in the job, you should be ok. Explain why the bankruptcy to them. Rental agency are pretty savy about the economic problems.
