Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My elderly parents are being harassed by one of my creditors. I haven't lived with them in over 25 years. I have given this vrediror my number but hey don't call me. They continue to call my parents evry 2 or 3 days. Is there something I can do to stop this?
