Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I have just electronically signed a contract with Credit Arbitrators to help me get out of debt however I am seriously considering getting out of it (as I have 10 days to cancel). Is this an answer to getting out of debt? I know it will ruin my credit but what else can happen? Can my creditors garnish my salary and take me to court etc. Is all this trouble worth it? I am very confused as to what to do. Please shed some light on this matter.

You need to see a consumer lawyer or a bankrupcy lawyer. Many times debts can be excused or written off for various reasons. See a lawyer and pay a consult fee. I have not faith in credit arbitrators. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
