Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My former employer sent me a letter stating that I was over paid and they are requesting I repay the money. I was unaware of any over payment and was shocked when I got the letter. What are my options? What happens if I don't pay? Also my former employer is a bank and I still have an account with them, can they do something to my accounts to try and collect the money?

they will deduct the payment from your accounts
