Eviction on credit report

Is it possible for an eviction to be legally removed from credit report, since it is preventing me from renting or finding houesing of any type.

Under the FCRA, you can always dispute the information on your credit report. The problem is that the Fair Credit Reporting Act will only apply if the information on your credit report is not accurate. Information which is accurate, but derogatory, has the right to be there.
