Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My ex-girlfriend had poor credit and a credit card with a balance of $3000 and an interest rate of 22%. Because the rate was so high, she was struggling to pay it off. I had excellent credit and was able to obtain a 0% interest balance transfer card. I transferred to balance to my card and she agreed to make the payments. Since that time, we have broken up and she is no longer paying. What can I do?
