Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was a authorized user on my mom credit card. Her bill apperaed on my credit report. I contacted the company and I was told that they can report that. I thought that they would need to have my permission. I never gave them my socisl , how do thay know they are reporting the right information for the right person. She refused to give me her managers name because she said that I didn't have a valid reason to go over her head and ask questions. Can a company do that??

Could be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You should consult with counsel..be sure to bring all your paper work
