Fair Debt Collection Practices

Under this act, a Collector violated on numerous occasions and I want to know what the maximum amounts on contacting outside parties to revealing my personal information.

The creditor called my home before 8am and after 9pm several times. Is there a set amount for each call or is it set at $1000.

There is also a dollar amount mentioned 1% of the Creditors net worth but not to exceed $500,000? I am preparing my own legal documents and not sure of how to approach this area.
