family and banking
mother told me i have an account. went to bank told me i dont. called mother said i have no rights to any of my money. said i have to go through her to get any money. what do i have to do to get controll. the money is in her accounts

If you did not put any money into the account, and the account is in your Mom's name, you are out of luck. It is not your $. I suggest you clear up what this is about, and if you did not made contributions to the account, be nice to Mom.
