Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hello. I think my family is being harassed by debt collectors. Debt collectors call me a few times an hour, which I know there is no law against but lately they�ve been calling my daughters cell phone. I don�t know how they even found her number but they also call her several times an hour mostly 3 times back to back, and they leave her messages saying they need to talk to me or my husband right away about a debt. They call her at very inappropriate times, usually until about 10pm. She answered the other day and told them never to call her that late and the woman said that they are aloud to call til 10. Is any of this illegal? What should I do about it? Thank you so much.
