I loaned $2,400 of which I recieved 400.00 back. This loan in which it states on the memo portion of the check was suppose to be paid back in two weeks of the loan. Is is going on 2 years now and I have only recieved the above amount. I have called and left messages and with one last stitch evert sent a letter for the people in question to respond by, but they have not. the Balance is $2000.00. How can i get this money back. I am disabled and did not really have the assets to give, but they were going to loose their house. This money was for a re-financing. This is what I was told.
