Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If a family member forged a signature to receive a loan, now thw family member whos signature was forged is now stuck repaying the loan, what course of action can I take? Please advise

You will need to deal with the creditor to have your name removed from the loan. This may involve litigation with the family member who forged your signature.
