Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Possible FCRA/FDCPA violations

I have some small medical collections (from 98-99) being handled all by the same collection agency. I sent them a letter requesting validation in September(CRR) along with a cease communication letter. I received no response.I resent in October. Still no response. I again resent in November. Still did not receive a response. During that time I disputed with the credit bureaus. I was able to get a few of the accounts off but most kept coming back verified(they were never noted as being disputed by consumer either). I received a call from them a last week (trying to collect on the bills)then again a few days later. Then the accounts were reinserted on my credit report without notification. I know they have violated the FCRA and the FDCPA. Do I have enough to file a lawsuit against them?
