how do i fight a case brought against me for a auto purchace when we only had the car for a week. car was broken. was told by a rep from the company they would repair the car and never did. we made pmts on car even when we did not have the car in our poss. the company rep even had us get the warrenty comp return the pmt made to them for a warrenty and sent back to finance company. my wife is the only one that works and we barley make rent as it is now.
