Can i file a claim against a collection agency who has broken the fair debt coll

I was contacted 2 times by a collection agency who lied about who they were, threatened to garnish wages, spoke to fellow employees regarding my debt, threatened to come here to my place of employment and tell everyone that i am the kind of person who does not pay their bills spoke in a very rude and demeaning way to myself and my supervisor at work. I believe they have already had a class action suit filed against them previously. Is there any way for me to file suit against the company?
