Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

After I fill out the fact information sheet and submit it to creditor what else can they compel? I previously stopped their garnishment because of my head of household status.

A creditor with a judgment has a right to a Fact Information affidavit. Unless there

is some issue for the creditor to follow up the information sheet, the creditor cannot

compel additional information. Be aware that the creditor will likely gather related

information from other sources regarding your property, income, credit report, etc.
