Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Final Judgement

I answered a summons I received regarding a past due credit card and I have now received a final judgement. I was never given a court date to appear before the judge to dispute my case since I agreed to all questions in the summons. What happens next and is there anything I can do at this point to obtain mediation to work out payment arrangements. I cannot afford to have my wages garnished.

Re: Final Judgement

Suggest you call the attorney for the creditor to work something out.
