What happens if I, fail to pay judgement

Failure to pay a judgment has many possible consequences. For example, a mark on yor credit report, inabiliy to obtain a loan, a lien on your propery, garnishment, difficulty in obtaining employment, etc. There are too many consequences to list. This all depends on the creditor: whether the debt is recorded, where it is recorded, filed with the credit agencies, etc.
