Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

final judgement not signed by judge

I had posted that I had a final judgement sent to me by creditor's attorney and form 7.343 fact information sheet. But I called the court today and found out that there is no record of any final judgement. On the copy of the final judgement sent by the attorney, there was no date, no judge's signature and no seal.

The court personnel advised me to call the attorney and ask for a certified copy of the judgement.

Should I wait for a signed and certified copy of judgement before I fill out the fact info sheet?

I can't understand how they can send me a copy of a judgement that is unsigned and undated . Could it be that they did not get a final judgement yet and they are trying to get me to fill out the fact info sheet before getting a final judgement?

any advice would be appreciated.

Re: final judgement not signed by judge

obviously there is no final judgment. Do not answer anything. You may have a valid fdcpa claim as well as a valid grievance to file with the Florida Bar.

Yes it is possible. Who is the law firm and creditor seeking the judgment. I am familiar with many of them and might be able to even get you out of any Judgment. Thanks.
