Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

How do I find out when a document is served when the person being served is out of state? Can I find out on-line? The person being served is in N. J. Thank you.

Probably the best bet is to call the process server or sheriff's office in New Jersey. There might also send an affidavit of service back to the Florida clerk or sheriff (they're supposed to), and you'll see it on the docket.
