How do I find out if a lawsuit was filed against me

I think all the clerk's offices in Florida have websites where you can check online to see what lawsuits have been filed, so check your county clerk's website. If you live in a small town that doesn't have a website for some reason, you'll have to call the clerk or go visit them and ask.
