find someone's work place

how do i find someone's work address? brought this person to court, she didn't appear. she was ordered default by the judge. how should i proceed?

You are allowed to send a Fact Information Sheet to the debtor. If the case was in small claims court, you use the small claims form. If not, use the regular form. The forms are found in either the Florida Small Claims Rules or in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Your county law library will have a copy of these rules in a book. Or, you should be able to get a PDF of these forms on the Florida Supreme Court's website. Follow the instructions and send the debtor the correct form.

You need to contact a lawyer because there are special programs that they use to find people. Further they will help you collect on your default judgment. My firm deals with cases like this.
