Fl lease contract

Hi, I signed a house lease for 12 months in Orlando Fl but after 4 months I had to move to California. The landlord sent me to collections for the rest of the amount for one year. He accepted my 30 days letter and told me he does mot need anything else from me. I found out after several months that he sent me to collections. How could I dispute the debt?

How much money are we talking about? You may have a defense if he sues you by accepting the notice letter. I suggest you contact my office for more info. I also may need to review your lease.
