fla law credit card debt of deceased spouse
Am I liable for credit card debt when card was in deceased husbands name in Fla? I was a authorized signed on one card not opened with my name at all.

The question is: Did you use the card to purchase anything? If you did, then you may be responsible. See the fine print on the agreement.
