Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

A Florida Builder owes 20K for services that my company performe to them! They don't wanna pay me! I had a coolection company working on this but doesn't seems to be going nowhere! The company is still in business and the owners have money. I'm in a bad financial situation right now and this money could help me a lot. What should i do? I have all papaerwork and invoices.
