Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

FLORIDA: Saw on court website case against me is going to be dismissed because nothing has been done in over a year on this (debt on credit card).

Does the court normally send paperwork to me reflecting the dismissal after the deadline date?

Any idea how long it takes courts to mail out the papers? I'm in the middle of moving and don't want to miss getting them

You should receive a copy of the dismissal if you gave the court your address.
