Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Foreclosure or bankruptcy

Me and my husband filed bankrupcty about 4.5 yrs ago. We own a home in another state in which we are trying to sell. We have moved to florida and been here 2 yrs. The problem we have is we are losing our home to taxes we can not pay and the bank can not help us with a loan modification either. We both have perfect credit, hate to risk it all again. Can not get another loan due to the fact we are at 95% loan value now. Any suggestions please.

The only answer is not what you want to hear. You need to find a way to pay your taxes to avoid losing the home. In your situation, you will have enought trouble rebuilding your credit without a foreclosure showing on your history.
